By calling 1-800-634-6335, you have direct access to the engraving industry's only factory-trained team of troubleshooters with more than 90 years experience servicing engraving equipment, software and applications. 3. Your now are connected with a GravoCare Service Coordinator.
The Service Coordinator will assess your needs and forward you to one of 6 GravoCare Technical Analysts. In the unlikely event that one is not available we will call you back within one hour*.

The Service Coordinator will handle service parts orders and Preventive Maintenance appointments.
By using the information you supply, the Technical Analyst will be able to immediately work with you to help resolve your problem.
If you have a Silver Contract Agreement and your service problem cannot be resolved by phone, a Field Engineer will be contacted to set up an appointment for an on site service call.
Non-Contract customers will receive a service estimate for your approval. Upon receiving the estimate back with your signature and credit card number a Field Engineer will be contacted.
Field Engineers Service Call - Your factory trained Field Engineer will be in contact with you to set up a service call. For service requests received by noon you will receive a call back by 5:00 p.m. that same day. For all requests received after noon you will receive a call by noon the following day to set up your appointment.
