Frame legs are sold in pairs, complete with corner attaching hardware.You will need 2 pairs to complete a frame. This unique construction method will allow you to offer countless size combinations to your customers, with minimal inventory. The 17 sizes available will allow you to create over 150 different sign frame dimensions.
For example if you want a 4” x 10” frame, simply purchase one of part number 703-104 (4” pair of silver 100 series) and one of part number 703-110 (10” pair of silver 100 series). You will receive everything you need to construct a silver 4” x 10” thin edge frame. Or for only $1 per frame, we will construct them for you.

FRAME DESIGN 100 Series
Feature a thin 1/16” edge. The sign insert fits recessed into the frame using a snap lock mechanism similar to our traditional modular frame system.
200 Series
Feature a 1/4” radius edge that matches our traditional plastic injection molded modular frame system. This should allow an easy upgrade transition for your current injection molded modular frame customers. The sign insert also fits into the frame using a snap lock mechanism similar to our traditional modular frame system.
COLORS
Available in black, gold, or satin anodized aluminum (silver).
SUPPORTS
Supports are cut to fit the frame of the size mentioned. Each support consists of a straight aluminum bar that will accept the snap locks. The support will allow you to secure multiple insert pieces into one aluminum frame. We recommend you attach supports to the frame with double-sided film tape (#36232).
INSERT SIZES
The frame sizing is equivalent to our existing modular frame system, so the insert size should always be 5/64” less than the size of the frame leg purchased. For example a 6” x 8” frame would need a 5-59/64” x 7-59/64” insert. This is because an insert should always have .005” - .010” clearance for expansion and contraction of materials.
MOUNTING
Frame back is designed for tape concealment, or mounting holes can be added to accommodate standard hardware for various types of installations.
